Do you have backend context?
@ [ $davids.sh ] · # 871
Web backend and utilities + libraries for developers
I'm currently trying to move towards creating software for developers, which is why I'm looking into Rust

I know that for clean IO in Go, it's a billion times easier, and that's not Rust's main strength.
I'm considering Rust precisely when it comes to lower-level operations.

If it's about business, then do it with what works. I liked Rust only because you can use the FP way right away, like with Scala. I haven't found anything else particularly that I can't do in other languages.

What would you use to quickly create a low-level library/software?
@ [ $davids.sh ] · # 875
At the moment, for such tasks, I only have C, but let's say I wouldn't get much pleasure from it.
That's why I'm looking at Rust.

then why resist yourself)) the main thing is to get used to the various meme-teasing from the C-community.
@ [ $davids.sh ] · # 877
No, I'll 100% try Rust first, and if it really doesn't click, then I'll fall back to C.
